Inside your control panel here, you should see a link to your webhosting account on the left (under "websites"). When you click on this, it will bring up a status page that should show your auto-created subdomain. You can then visit the File manager page for methods of uploading files, or create a database from the Databases page, or install a basic site (or one of a few tools) through the Autoinstallers page.

If you have a particular task in mind, I can try to help more with it.

i've preordered a BFBC2 server and am attempting to put together a basic website/forum. on the autoinstaller page, every module states that i need to create a domain/subdomain before anything can be done. under the domain tab, it says that i already have one (maelstrom.hosted.nfoservers.com).

i know next to nothing about websites, so i am unsure where to proceed from here.

That's a server-specific problem that it'd probably be better to handle through the support system.

That said, looking at your account, it looks like you have a provided subdomain assigned that is not currently in use -- it's not pointing to anything. On your domains page, I would recommend that you add a "@" entry with type "Folder" that points to "public" so that you have a base to work from.
