Virtual Dedicated Server Lags

hello i have a vds servers everything is set up and i have servers running. well when i log into the remote desktop and go in to the c/usersfile folder to change some server servers, while im going through the servers. it would lagg all the servers i have up. the players in the server would like skip around the maps and ping goes up higher. so therefore i cannot do anything like if i want to change configs and such. i would have to wait til late nights when theres no ones in server. to do what i want. same with tcadmin control panel. i ask them they said if i log into the remote desktop and goes through files, and it laggs then its the machine settings or something. but i really need this fixed im having hard time to restart servers from tcadmin cpanel when some of the maps crashed servers. one time a friend had a match in 10 minutes and he changed it to one of the map and it crashed. and my pub server had players in it. so i had to log into the machine and delete the map and put a new one and restarted it. after i have done all that. all my servers was emtpy :X

Remote Desktop under Win2k3 has known problems in causing issues with running servers if it's used from a connection that has packet loss, but I have not seen these under Win2k8 R2. Which OS are you using?

Are you running the GPLPV drivers? We install them by default on Win2k3 and Win2k8 R2, and they do help with performance. If you aren't running them already, shoot us a support request and we can put them on for you.

i have win2k8 and im not sure what [GPLPV drivers] are and i dont know if its running or not :X

well i had before i got the virtual dedicated servers from nfo. i had a dedicated machine with wind2k8 and it never had this kind of problems :X

I haven't heard any other recent concerns from other customers about performance, so this is most likely a software issue of some sort, whether relating to OS configuration or drivers.
