As a new customer, I can't buy multiple months?

I am hoping you will contact me, I am moving all my clan services. So far you guys are the choice for LA area. Basically I ran into a problem with the order. I am looking for a 12month lease preorder for BF2BC what was told you will not accept paypal from a new customer. I do not understand why not.

We accept Paypal from all customers, new and old. But, for brand new customers who have never paid us, we can't allow payments past a certain dollar threshold without further verification. (This is because of the much higher risk of a chargeback/reversal with large payments from new customers, and large chargebacks/reversals significantly damage us as a small company.) What likely happened is that our system switched you to a one-month subscription from the 12-month one that you ordered for this reason.
