I am trying to set up a forum on the domain but i do not know how to. does any body have any tips on what i can do.

For this, I'd recommend creating a database from the "Databases" page, then using the "Autoinstallers" page to put on a basic phpBB install. That should get you up and running in just a few minutes' time.
