Server not available

Our server is not available in the BC2 screen. I can see it in my favorites, but its faded out and I cannot connect.

If the control panel here shows the server as up, you are most likely seeing the same back-end issues that we've been experiencing since the game was released. The back-end overloads cause problems that include:

- Not being able to get a full list of servers
- Pings that don't show
- Servers that crash/kick players -- sometimes some players, and sometimes all players

Still not available hours later. Our current player maximum in the status screen is even faded out

I'm not sure what you mean about the status screen, but if you think you're having a server-specific problem, please submit a support request and we can check into yours more specifically.
