HLstatsX Upgrade?

I'm asking this for future reference in case my clan wants to upgrade our HLstats. Is it possible to upgrade HLstatsX from CE to Premium?

I believe that HLstatsX premium has to be purchased through the HLstatsX website, and is a paid service.

They are two different products , so If you want the premium service then you would have to go to http://www.gameme.com/ (Premium HLStatsX).
Main difference between the two is one is free and one is paid because they are hosting it for you.
You could just have NFo host your own Hlstatsx CE version for cheap compared to the gameme version.
I'd personally go with HLStatsX CE because they have a larger support based community than the premium one.

Before you switch I would make sure you are on the new version of CE just because the CE developers are always doing alot of development and fixes so you do need to keep up on them but it is not too bad. Just my .02 plus it is open-source and there is a cool group of guys who work on it.

Also Psychostats last time I saw had been stalled on development unless someone forked it?

Psychostats is running perfectly fine. I always preferred PS over HLstats, but to each their own.

PsychoStats is not being actively developed, so it doesn't have good support for new games, like L4D and L4D2. For old games, like CS 1.6, it's pretty feature-complete and doesn't really need much more work -- I didn't even think there was a major improvement between PS2 and PS3.

I just find PS to be a better overall. I can set them up in 5 minutes now, no problem. Hardest thing is setting up a cronjob. Like I said though, to each their own .
