HLDS pingbooster
ive been hearing about this pingbooster for CS 1.6 servers. how do i implemnt it on my server is there a command i must enter and could someone explain to me sorta what it does..

On Windows, you're thinking of "srcdsfpsboost.exe" -- just run it by double-clicking the file, as we describe in our setup guides for CS 1.6 and CS:S servers: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=46
On Linux, you're thinking of the -pingboost option. We recommend using -pingboost 2, and describe how to do this in the Linux CS 1.6 setup tutorial.
