Couldn't allocate dedicated server IP port

I've tried entering one of my other two ip addresses and i keep getting this error I think the followed the tutorial right maybe my server can't see the other ip addresses. Here is the error message Couldn't allocate dedicated server IP port 27015.

If you purchased additional IPs, did you also add them through the OS? If not, you'll need to do that before you can use them (our system mentions this in the upgrade email).

If you're not sure how to do this, shoot us a support request and we can provide instructions.
