windows 2008 64x FPS problems

sup everyone i got some problems with my server i set my start up line
-console -game cstrike -autoupdate +ip xxxxxxxxx +maxplayers 32 +map de_dust2 -tickrate 1000 -fps_max 1000
i check my fps and it says 64 how do i fix it?

If it's at 64fps, that means you forgot to do step #3 of the linked guide.

dude if im sayin i try it so many times than i did it dosnt work i got 64 all the time i try addin +sys_ticrate to my start up line but no luck

Not running srcdsfpsboost.exe is the only thing that causes the 64fps situation. Increasing sys_ticrate / fps_max (depending on the engine) is important to do, too, but you'd see a different symptom if they needed adjustment.

Did you accidentally hit enter to cause the srcdsfpsboost.exe window to exit? It must remain open, and you'll see that as a black window that says "Press any key to restore normal timer frequency".
