For those of us with Denver servers...
For those of us with Denver servers, what will the timeframe look like for getting the servers back up
Also, will we be able to migrate the location for the time being to another state or will we have to just tough it out
Re: For those of us with Denver servers...
Our Denver location is running normally, as far as I can tell. If you are having problems with your individual server, please don't hesitate to contact us through the "Help!" page so that we can investigate them with you.
Re: For those of us with Denver servers...
I was just wondering what the status is about this situation.Re: Denver connectivity issue
May 09 2010 02:59:57 PM PT Our investigation determined that the issue in Denver was due to a single external IP flooding one of our machines (the Ventrilo machine) with traffic. The source IP corresponds to one of our competitors in Chicago, which is interesting, and we are following up on it with them.
Denver connectivity issue
May 09 2010 02:33:38 PM PT We are currently investigating what appears to be an outage at our Denver location. This might be due to a DDoS.
I cannot start the server from the control panel still
Re: For those of us with Denver servers...
I also just submitted a support ticket, thanks Edge
Re: For those of us with Denver servers...
The attack ended shortly before I posted that note, so your problem must be separate. I'm sure that we'll be able to quickly resolve it with you, whatever it is
