You should definitely avoid restarting your machine daily. If you really, really want to do it, you should be able to accomplish this with a scheduled task.

Restarting the VDS will not increase its performance or provide any other benefits. The only real reason to do it is to apply Windows Updates or other configuration changes that specifically require a restart.
