PsychoStats question

Dose anyone know why when i install it it would ask for login from administrator. It should be open to every one who gose to the link. I can browes the dir if i delete PsychoStats. Once i upload the web part i have to login as administartor to view site. I just wonder if anyone else tryed to install PsychoStats on their VPS.
