Problem With VPS

Post by BoredBoy5 »

Ok, so i just bought a VPS, waited my 30 mins and its running. So now when i go in through VNC and login, it says "Loading Profile" or something like that. Then it goes gray (background of the screen) and then says "Press Crtl+...." and asks me to log in again. I have done this about 4 times with the password provided. How do i fix this?

Have you tried turning the VDS off, and then back on, through the "Server control" page? I have found that when I log in to a newly created VDS before it's completely done being set up, this happens, but a reboot fixes it.
