Restarting My Cs 1.6 servers

Can anyone give a step by step on how to do this because i turned off my dedicated box by mistake now they will not come up anyone know how to turn the servers back on?

You should be able to turn them back on (once the machine has been put back online) by starting them in the same way that you did initially. Do remember how you set them up?
