Setting up Fastdl

What are the steps to setting up a website for fast dl on one of these's machines i currently have windows 2003 installed and im not sure on how to set one up.

The process would be similar to what we describe here: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =18&t=1671. But, instead of using our webhosting, you'd be using your own, on the machine (unless you did wish to use ours).

I'll have to look into getting new images generated for that page. It seems that the former staffmember who made it accidentally linked to his personal webpage instead of including them as attachments.
