Hey guys,
Im hoping someone could help me out. One of my admins typed half of a player name to ban someone without thinking... unfortunately, there was a clan member who had a similar name. Needless to say, the clan member is now banned and Im trying to remove it.
When I use the command banList.list to view the bans, they are all in GUID format, how can I link this to a persons Soldier name? I have no idea who to unban.
Thanks

Re: Accidental ban removal
The procedure to unban is a little complicated. We talk about it more in this knowledgebase post: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =50&t=4454
If you have rcon access to another game server that your admin plays in, you can obtain his GUID that way. Use the "admin.listPlayers all" command and look for his EA GUID right below his name -- it will start with "EA_".
