Before i buy Questions,

Post by Subway »

Here are a few questions before i buy the $39.99 VDS.

1.How many lets say 24Slot 500FPS servers can i run off it.
2.Does it come with a gaming panel? Such as Swiftpanel or TCADMIN
3.I'm guessing you have to pay extra to receive CPANEL?
4.If i don't order a higher priced VDS, Do they charge for reinstalls / support help?

Please be honest about question 1. Also looking for any other general questions i might of forgot.

This depends on the game, mods, how busy the servers are, and so on. Certainly at least one, and maybe as many as three.
2.Does it come with a gaming panel? Such as Swiftpanel or TCADMIN
Our unmanaged VDSes do not come with a control panel, apart from our internal one for overall control over the VDS. We generally don't recommend running a separate one unless you plan to sell servers to others or give out restricted access (as it's actually fairly simple to administer them directly).
3.I'm guessing you have to pay extra to receive CPANEL?
I believe that the cpanel people do offer a VDS-specific version that you can rent from them on a monthly basis, yes. This is not something that we offer directly.
4.If i don't order a higher priced VDS, Do they charge for reinstalls / support help?
The VDS itself can be reinstalled whenever you'd like for free, via our control panel. We do our best to help with software questions here in the forum, and if you have difficulty with the VDS itself (such as if it won't start), you should contact us right away through the "Help!" page in our control panel.
