I found this great fake server program, that pretty much works like redirects, except you don't exactly need all the server files to create these fake servers.
Here are all the features:

The program itself is only 1.99 MB (classical redirectele usually over 100MB)
Romanian language interface, simple
Consume up to 80% less bandwidth than classical redirectele
Consumes very little memory (RAM), 30MB 250 in active service
Number, name players, the server and map dynamic changes every refresh
Each instance of the program supports up to 250 servers, all in one window
Possibility of automation (launching booting windows servers automatically opening)
So my question is, can someone decompile this 2MB exe program for me, or possibly recommend me someone? I am paying.
