I've had my server since July 28th, and I've had no problems with it it's almost the exact same as configuring it on your computer but in a diff window ;)

And the funny thing is, I really liked my server when I hosted it(I have 3 comps connected via a router) and I pinged like 20-30, on the NFo server I ping 60-80 and it's smoother for me on the NFo server O_O Also a lot more stable, even when my computer was just a server, nothing else...
Welcome to the community :P your server should be up by 10pm pacific Edge is really good about checking forums/emails to get servers up within minutes and hours

*applaudes Edge*

So if we order our server at 12:00pm, when should the server be up? What is the estimated time for you guys to get it up?

depends if tom or john is standing by ready to setup your server, or doing other NFo business and whatnot

It can be a few hours, or as little as 5 minutes.

Never does a server take more than a day, hah more than 12 hours to setup, if everything was filled out right and the paypal was sent.

12noon or 12midnight? At midnight Edge is usually asleep because he has work, training, etc. at noon though I'd estimate 10 minutes setup(NOT SURE though) regardless the servers are always up within hours period. ;)

Actually, he should be confused by the term 12:00pm ;). I remember having a long argument about this 8 months or so ago in #ircops. The result was someone pulling up this link:

http://www.bldrdoc.gov/timefreq/general/misc.htm
Are noon and midnight 12 a.m. or 12 p.m.?

This is a tricky question. The answer is that the terms 12 a.m. and 12 p.m. are wrong and should not be used.
