Virtual server problem

I purchased a virtual server, and everything works great got it all figured out EXCEPT


In game no one including myself can use RCON, it just says Unable to connect to remote server ( server ip)

We can all get on the server successfully, so we oviously all CAN connect to it, but it wont let us

Is this on a managed or unmanaged server?

If it's managed, please open a support request and we can troubleshoot it directly with you .

If it's unmanaged, do you have a firewall enabled? If so, I'd recommend testing with that off.

not sure if its managed, ive done everything so far, so i dont think it is.


i dont belive there is a firewall on the server, i have a firewall, but would that effect it, ill try it thanks
