Mac OS X Server for VDS/VPS
Ok I was wondering is there any way on the fast of this earth to get Mac OS X Server for a VDS?

Re: Mac OS X Server for VDS/VPS
Theoretically it might be possible, but I don't think it is doable with Xen (the virtualization solution that we use here), and it would likely also require a special licensing agreement with Apple. So it's not something that we can really do at NFO, at least in the short term.

Use Ubuntu then. I like CentOS better though, however Ubuntu works good as well.

I like CentOS for webhosting, when I had the VDS here I finally landed on Gentoo for the gaming VDS and loved it.
Re: Mac OS X Server for VDS/VPS
I'm an unabashed fan of Gentoo myself, as well
. But I love how quickly Ubuntu boots, and its small footprint.
