Setting up a COD 2 server on a VDS

Ok I have read through all the forums posts under Dedicated and VDS server and did not find much on how to install a COD 2 game.

I am running a Windows 64 OS (thinking I should have chose 32 bit).

Do I have to upload the whole game to that game install folder?

How do I start the game up? Cmd prompt and have a command line similiar to this COD 4 command line: "c:\game installs\cod4base\iw3mp.exe" +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx +set ui_maxclients yy +set sv_maxclients yy +exec ./server.cfg +map_rotate"

64-bit is best. The 32-bit option is only there for rare applications that specifically need a 32-bit OS.
