Filezilla Public File

I wanted to host a specific file on my server that doesn't require authentication (user/pass login). I looked through the settings and couldn't find a way to do this. I want to setup an ftp link and simply have the file download when somebody clicks it without a login prompt.

This is done through an "anonymous" login. To allow anonymous access in FileZilla, according to their FAQ:

Just create an account with the name anonymous and make sure the password box isn't checked on that account.
