B3 Big Brother Bot

Post by EazyMango »

Is it possible to run B3 on Managed VDS servers ?

Also since I'm here would the 2 core system be able to run 2 busy 30 slot Cod 4 servers.

Thanks

We don't support running the B3 daemon on our end, but you could run it remotely on a separate machine, such as your client machine, if you'd like; we've had several customers who have done this. Remotely, it frequently checks the log for the server through FTP, instead of looking at it directly.

Yes, I do not think that this would be a problem. CoD4 servers do not use very much CPU power and top out at a few hundred MB of RAM, and you should have room to spare.
