New to webhosting

[Terminatez]

I'm currently trying to use phpBB from the auto installer. I installed but for some reason when I go to my website, it isn't letting me log in. I enter everything correctly hit enter and/or submit and it just like refreshes the log in page to re log. It doesn't tell me anything is wrong, its almost as if i just click the login button again.

What do I do? I already tried wiping everything out, and deleting the files and reinstalling it like 5-7 times. All same problem. It worked last night when I first did it.

I do believe you have contacted us regarding this issue via a support request. I will look further into this to see if I can find anything else we may be missing. Please refer to my response for further details if they arise.
