May have deleted phpmyadmin folder?

Post by r1d1culous »

I was updating our forum yesterday and somehow during the update of new files the phpmyadmin folder was erased. When I go to my NFOcontrol panel the databases are still there, and when I go to my index the website folders are still there. But when I click on the phpmyadmin folder, it just brings me to a setup folder where normally it would ask me to log in. Everything works fine still but I cant access our database.

Now the question is, what the heck should I do now? Can I somehow reinstall phpmyadmin and not mess anything up?

Thank you for any help its greatly appreciated

If you only deleted phpmyadmin, you should be safe to just reinstall it. You can do this quickly through the "Autoinstallers" page in your control panel :)

Omg thank you!! I was thinking I could do that but I was just terrified of overwriting anything. Youre a life saver thank you so much.

I'm glad it was an easy fix! Unlike the other autoinstallers, phpmyadmin doesn't really store any customizations on disk, so overwriting it doesn't hurt.
