preordered the server. i received Emails informing me that the server was up and available for use with Control panel. so i logged in sometime later, and its Down...

server status is: " This server does not appear to be online. It could be changing maps or it could be completely down. "
server control says: "Your server appears to be down."
try to Start/ stop/ restart the server i get: "Your server has been successfully started. It should be ready to accept connections in a few moments, assuming it is configured correctly."

events tab:
"Automatic remote restart"
"Automatic remote repair"
"Results of server repair"
Our repair script ran on your server and gave the following output:

Processing secondsighthf1:
Refreshing hardlinks.
..Done.

Sending in a support request was the right thing to do.

Our support closes at 11pm PST, but I was up until around 2:30am helping everyone who came in last night. We opened again at 9am this morning.
