You would need to contact the owner of the server on this one. The server's MOTD might provide direction on where you'd need to go, if a friend can look at that for you, or he might try asking an admin in-game where to appeal.

and where should i have to post? because in game never are a Admin online, and if he are online he is hide.

We do not know why they banned you either. We just host the servers. You will need to find a way to get ahold of an admin and contact them on why they banned you. Their is not much we can do for you here. Sorry!
