Server Crashes After Update

it seems that my tf2 server restarts after the game ends. What coul dbe causing this?

If it's happening before a map change, try setting sv_vote_issue_nextlevel_choicesmode to 0 (in your server.cfg, and through rcon). There seems to be a bug with that feature right now.
