This documentation has now been updated to the latest release from Crytek, concurrent with server version 1.4.

Crytek adds that the following cvars are now "whitelisted" (which probably means that the server won't lose ranking by setting them):

g_pinglimit
g_pinglimittimer
g_tk_punish
g_tk_punish_limit
g_idlekicktime
g_punishfriendlydeaths
