To change the IPs in Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022:
  1. Bring up your desktop through the "VNC Console" page in the control panel.
  2. Click Start->Control panel and select "Network and Sharing center" (when view is set to "Icons") or "View network status and tasks" (when view is set to "Category").
  3. Click "Change adapter settings" on the left-hand side.
  4. Right-click the active network adapter and click "Properties".
  5. Double-click "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)".
  6. Click "Advanced..."
  7. Adjust your IPs:
    1. To add a new IP, click "Add..." under "IP addresses" at the top. Add an IP address and subnet mask there, then click "Add". Repeat this for each of the new IPs, if you have more than one.
    2. To delete an old IP, select it and click "Delete".
If you need to update the gateway, you can do that on this page also. Note that you should only have one gateway specified -- corresponding to a single IP address of the VDS or machine. You should not change the gateway if you are only adding IPs.
  8. Click OK on every dialog box to finish up.
