Re: Amercias army server not able to connect
Is this a managed VDS? If so, please open a support request, so that we can look at your configuration specifically for you.
If it's unmanaged, I'll move this to our dedicated server/VDS forum, and we can talk more about what you need to do to configure your server.

Re: Amercias army server not able to connect
Are you setting the correct IP address throughout the ArmyOps.ini file? Which version of AA is this?
Re: Amercias army server not able to connect
yes and its aa 2.8.5 i can post my server log if you would like if it would give any details to the problem
Re: Amercias army server not able to connect
Ok issue resolved got thinking when you said armyops.ini changed over to that instead of server.ini and it works thank you for your fast responses and for overall all the help your team has given
Re: Amercias army server not able to connect
It's probably that you need to tell the game to bind to the right IP. In ArmyOps.ini, look for lines starting with:
GameServerIP=
IP=
And set these to your server IP. In addition, on the server command line, make sure that you have "-multihome=$ip" specified, where $ip is your IP.
Edit: I'm glad you found the problem (while I was typing this!)
