OB Source Errors

Post by UVClay »

I've managed to fix every error I've come across but this one. It's happening on both of my servers, with or without SourceMod/Metamod installed.

Are any other addons, at all, installed?

Have you tried running a -verify_all using the hldsupdatetool?

Same error happens even when it's stock.

Yep, I've done -verify_all and reinstalling the srcds binaries. The only thing I haven't tried is a full reinstall, which I'm going to try next, unless anyone has had the same error and has a solution.

I agree that creating a new install from scratch would be a good troubleshooting step.

One other thing that several people have mentioned on the list as causing a problem is that the very latest vphysics.so apparently is bugged. One user posted a copy of the older version, which might be worth a try: http://tf2.ian-justman.com/fixes/

That fixed it.

Thanks a bunch.
