Error: server failed to transmit file 'maps

hi my problem is with hlbeta, when I switch to a new map, players can not enter because they say this error

Server # 3
Couldn't find map maps/ba_jail_rofl_v2.bsp, server will download the map
Error: server failed to transmit file 'maps/ba_jail_rofl_v2.bsp'
Error: could not load file maps/ba_jail_rofl_v2.bsp
Model maps/ba_jail_rofl_v2.bsp not found and not available from server
Cannot continue without model maps/ba_jail_rofl_v2.bsp, disconnect


and if you start a server other than hlbeta, the map is downloaded perfectly,

Is it possible that there is another folder where maps would need to be placed when running the server that way?

Strangely, the map seems to be checked for as a model. I'm not sure what the significance is of that, but it may be some sort of bug with the beta that I have not heard of before.

Are you running the very latest beta? Valve has been releasing them quite furiously lately, and this could be a bug that has been fixed since you last tried.
