You're right they do. What they don't allow is opening ports such as 27015 to have RCON access. For SourceBans, it is required. You have to buy a dedicated IP from them to be able to do that.
I've got 60 days left on my contract with them. I would love to switch everything to NFO, but I really like cPanel.
