Psychostats

As i look at my stats page i see that sometimes the data does not change. I am placing this assumpition on the fact that.as i look at my personal stats. they have not changed. 4-7 were my stats and they have not changed,in 3 days worth of playing. is the prg collecting stats?is it just not collecting my stats. is there a way to trouble shoot this issue?

The stats are based on an average of 14 days (Default). That means that if you have a high amount of kills 14 days ago then you get no kills yesterday; your stats will be an average. Also, when the "good" stats from 14 days turns to the 15th day, that will no longer be included in the average. Hope that wasnt too confusing. If you still need help then post your link to your stats page and tell us your name on there.

ok i understand what you are saying. But what confuses me is that i have more then just 4 kills and 7 deaths.considering that i ahve been playing on server for 3 days or so. any ways hers is the link to my stats page and the name i play by is

Look for recent logfiles in your logs/ directory.

yes i do have logs last one dated 9/5/2003 at 12:33pm

i found the log thru ftp/logs

Your server appears to be set to average out 7 days of play and not 14 which is the default. Depending on what settings you have told Psycho Stats to show players you may not show up on the stats page.

Also, are you playing with the same wonid everytime and from the same ip address? That can affect it as well. And I think that the reason you are not being listed is because you do not have the minimum of 10 kills. Even though you say you have killed more people than that, PS apparently doesnt think so and I dont really know why.

Try playing more often the next couple of days and see if your stats change. If you still arnt showing up then I'll take a look at your config for you.

i did some scanning of the logs and here is my minnium 10 kills this is from one session and u can see the date. the last scan of the server was at 9/5/2003 at 5:01 am. the time stamp on log is 9/4/03 20:12/20:26

Hmm, sometimes psychostats has issues and needs to be reset. You might try deleting your logs and seeing if that allows them to start accruing again.

Also make sure that you meet all the minimum criteria for having your stats included, which should be listed in the psychostats FAQ.
