CS1.6 Error message!

Hi all,
First I would like to say thanks to NFO and its staff for the great service......
Now...I have a small problem with one of my servers. Im running 13 CS1.6 servers on managed Linux VDSes. One of my servers is dropping players in middle of round with message .....Reliable Chanel Overflow....I heard of this before and thought its due to unreliable connection on client side (most cases) or server side...(i might be wrong thou). Anyway i noticed when server gets full 32/32 all of a sudden in middle of round and map half of the players drop. This happen very often. I am about to start disabling plugins and run tests to see if I can fix this. I would like to hear any suggestions/fixes from someone that has an Idea of what could be wrong...

Disabling the plugins like you said is a good place to start. I have seen myself where plugins are the cause of that message.
