How do you auto balance to work in Control Panel for a BC2 s

I have auto balance checked, but it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

The autobalance function in the game has always been a bit buggy and doesn't always do a good job. This may be what you are seeing in game. Is there anything about it you specifically seeing it doing wrong?

Auto balance has a very long delay between checks, so it appears not to be working.

Using plugins for balance with Procon work much better.
