When can we start adding BF3 servers?

Hello.. I have a new managed dedicated and was wondering when we can start setting up BF3 servers? Is it just after the game goes live and if so, what time?

Kind of sucks that no servers available yet.

Been playing all afternoon, and stuck playing on other servers for now I guess.

yea apparently they released it today. I was able to activate and I am now playing.

Actually we were able to activate ours before NA release. We activated through China lol.

That was posted yesterday for server setup today, and game release tomorrow.
EA pushed game release up 1 day so GSP's now have to scramble to get the servers up and out.

Well this just seems like unnecessary scramble. Game release date was yesterday any ways. Files should have been loaded already. This is like high school cramming for an exam last minute... I would have liked to be more prepared for this.
