I'm very impressed on how well you guys are keeping your customers informed on the progress of the of BF3 launch. I'm sure with any major title release it's a hectic time for the NFO support staff but your near insta-support ticket responses and forum replies are appreciated.

My gaming community experienced nothing but success with BC2/NFO servers and we're looking forward to the future with BF3/NFO.
