Unable to load Steam support library

So, I'm having problems with my Garry's Mod server. Today, I updated the server. After trying to start it up, I get this error:



That image is from a vanilla Garry's Mod server that I just installed an hour ago.

I've looked all over the place to fix this error, and can't find anything. Now, I'm here asking for a fix or suggestions to attempt to fix it.

One common reason for this problem is that the Steam client is also installed and currently running on the server. Shutting down the clinet if it is running should fix the problem.

If you just created a new VDS, you may also need to run a Garrysmod update -- there was a new version released earlier today.
