Auto scramble after each round?

Is that truly what it means because if so, that's no good for RUSH servers which typically play 2 rounds, one so you can be attacker, and then defender. The feature should be, scrambles after each new map.

I think having an option to pick each new map or each round would be nice, especially as scramble is super helpful in deathmatch.
