I am new with nfoservers webhosting, and I am unfamiliar with some things.
Off a brand new account, I go to my nfoservers site and it seems it is running phpBB, but when I log into the FTP, there are no files there.
Now, is there a way for me to access the phpBB files?
Alternatively, how do I set myself up with a standard html setup?

The FTP should at least contain a "public" folder, and that's where the phpBB autoinstaller would put its files by default. Are you certain that you don't see that? If so, please open a support request through the "Help!" page in the control panel so that we can take a look.
