Following the tutorial for setting up a CS:S server on a windows machine I cannot proceed. I make the two desktop shortcuts, fpsboost opens fine but the cmd.exe shortcut just flashes for a second and closes with nothing else happening.
I have checked, double checked and triple checked for misspellings, I have copied and pasted I am using the right IP. I don't know what to do from here any help would be appreciated.

The tutorial needs to be updated slightly because Valve changed the paths. Instead of running from the "orangebox" folder, you need to run from the "css" folder.
