Question about the switching providers discount

Post by Swarley »

We are very much considering switching to NFO servers and saw the discount being offered for switching. It states:
and it will be grandfathered in for as long as the server is kept in the same configuration.
What is considered a configuration change? Thanks!

Configuration change would be any changes except for a location move. So adding/removing slots and so forth would lose that price.

I assume config changes don't count though? Such as server name changes, friendly fire, map cycle and such?

Swarley, that's correct, changes through the control panel would not cause the grandfathering to be lost. Only adjustments requiring a request through the order page can affect it.
