Is there a list of OS images I can install on one of the VPS?
And more importantly, are there any that come with the LAMP stack?

The OS images are all listed on the "Server control" page of the control panel. We have a subset of these listed on the VDS order page, as well.
For LAMP, you'd need to install the "AMP" part after the server is set up. With most Linux distributions, this is pretty simple. I believe that Ubuntu and CentOS have easy installers, for instance, that require just checking a box.

Also, does the basic webhosting package that comes with game servers come with the VDS?

The webhosting included with game servers is available for VDSes, but only as a paid add-on option.
