I can't even get to it through the control panel - Control panel just says it appears my server is down and to contact you guys. I already e-mailed John.

Umm.. how about..
su.nuclearfallout.net is the address.. and a quick update:
I got the server restarted through the control panel. Now it's acting like the server is up, but under an EXTREMELY heavy CPU load. Watching in HLSW it goes from a five digit ping, to time out, to a three digit ping to something semi-normal to time out .. you get the idea.
Someone had just threatened to crash our server - I banned the guy and thought I got him, so I dunno if this is some sort of outside attack or not.
