CloudFlare NS problem.

Post by Kaikz »

I'm trying to add my domain to my NFO hosting, but I use CloudFlare and it won't let me set the root domain's (freeplaynz.me, or as CloudFlare denotes the root domain as "@") NS servers. Here's a screenshot.

So how do I setup CloudFlare with my NFO hosting? Support directed me here.

Thanks.

I'd suggesting going to cloudflare and ask for assistance: http://support.cloudflare.com/

BTW I'd suggest leaving NS record alone.

Here is the way I have it setup on one of my test sites:

I'm not familiar with CloudFlare, but if they're the registrar of your domain, you'll need to find where they allow you to specify name servers. This would be separate from the DNS control panel that you posted. (If they're not the registrar, you'll need to modify the name servers in the registrar's control panel instead.)

Ah, got it. You have to set the nameservers with the registrar to CloudFlare as well as NFO.
