Hi, was just wondering why u were banned. I was in there for half a day once and wasnt banned. Did you tell the guys that you were there because you were trying to fix something? I told the guys I was going to idle while I tested my server for other things I might have questions on and they agreed. Just wondering if you told them that you were going to idle. If you didnt, try to in future idling

Usually if someone doesnt answer us or inform us that they are going to idle until the problem is fixed; we do a temp !kb. We doe this because we dont allow idling in #NFo-Support. Prolonged problems are an acception. But if we allow people to idle in the support channel, support then becomes more difficult because people try to talk and stuff with suggestions. We apologize but it is stated in the topic not to idle if you are not in need of assistance. And like I said, if someone doesnt answer us when we ask them if they need help then we assume they dont.

If you have problems in #nfo-support, or your questions don't get answered there, feel free to email us at rentals@nuclearfallout.net.
#nfo-support is primarily a quick-help channel for basic questions and problems. Sometimes it can get hectic in there, and sometimes tempers can run higher since chat is such a fast-response medium. E-mail should always be your fallback option if you aren't satisfied by the support channel.
