FastDL not working?

i synced my css server with the FastDL, but no one is able to download anything besides 2 or 3 vtf and vmt files every time they join the server.

scrap the vtf and vmt files, but the fast dl isn't working :/

What kind of machine/VDS is this? Are you using our Websync tool?

yeah, i'm using the websync tool, it's a managed VDS, 2 core. Also, for some reason i cannot connect to the Fast DL ftp, it says access denied even though i put in the right info on the cpanel.

With a managed server, please contact us directly so that we can take a look and test it.

You'll need to send in a support request so that we can look at the FTP login issue.

As for the same files being sync'd, this may be why if it is a Garrysmod server:
